I have led the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of over 20,000 lots located in master planned communities throughout the Southwest, together with many other subdivisions involving tens of thousands of lots, outside master planned communities. In addition to my experience in developing residential real estate, I have led the acquisition, development and sale of many other complex commercial, industrial and retail properties and successfully repositioned, restructured and disposed of many challenging assets.
