Daniel L. KloberdanzDaniel Kloberdanz is a founding member of the firm. Mr. Kloberdanz’ practice consists primarily of corporate, business and real estate law, including transactions and litigation. His transactional practice includes purchase and sale of real estate and businesses, leasing, financing, and other matters relating to the sale and development of property, as well as the formation of corporations and limited liability companies. Mr. Kloberdanz also has considerable experience in commercial litigation, including foreclosure and deficiencies, quiet title actions, title insurance, leasing and landlord-tenant, and other commercial and real estate related matters.

Mr. Kloberdanz is a 1985 graduate of the University of Iowa (BBA in Finance) and graduated from the Arizona State University Law School in 1988. Mr. Kloberdanz has been certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a Real Estate Specialist for the past fourteen years, and is a member of the Real Property Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association, and serves on the State Bar committee for real estate legal specialization. Mr. Kloberdanz has provided continuing legal education seminars to the real estate and legal community and has been an instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate in Scottsdale for the past 20 years. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona.
